I started taking a bath every Monday for muscle recovery, to detox, help relieve tension and balance everything overall .. it REALLY helps.
1-2 cups Epsom salt
1/3 cup baking soda
5 drops of Doterra peppermint oil
5 drops Doterra tea tree oil
And BUBBLIES for fun. 😁
Water MUST be HOT and stay in for at least 15 minutes.
