Today’s #12ReelsOfChristmas is all about some last minute Christmas cocktail ideas for all of us who are celebrating at home tomorrow!🎄✨

Created Christmas versions for 2 of my favourite cocktails that would not only be great for the festive season, but all year round too!❤️

Anyone who knows me, knows I love my ‘APEROL SPRITZ’, so here’s how you can make this Christmas version :

Mix 90ml each of Aperol, Prosecco (I used Zonin) & Cranberry juice in a glass with ice
Add 60 ml club soda
Garnish with an orange wedge and some rosemary/thyme

And if you like ‘WHITE RUSSIANS’, here’s one with a Chai twist 😍

Infuse Vodka (I used Grey Goose) with with a tea bag and leave for 2 hours
Mix 60 ml of the infused vodka and 60 ml of a coffee liqueur (I used Bailey’s Vanilla Cinnamon) and add some milk or dairy free alternative of your choice
Pour onto a glass with ice
Garnish with a cinnamon stick (could have used star anise here too but I didn’t have any)
