This picture is of her and her husband, the amazing @dannybur, at the opening night of Cabaret on Broadway in 2014. It feels like her diagnosis with ALS was only yesterday and I can’t quite believe it has all happened so quickly. The first time I met her was backstage at an event during the run of the first Broadway revival of Cabaret in 1998 and she introduced herself by saying ‘Hello Alan, I’m Rebecca and I’m in the other Nazi musical this season’, which was The Sound of Music in which she played Maria!
