Here's how -- MUJI Snowman Cupcakes 1 box of chocolate cake mix (or your preferred flavor) Chocolate candy melts Piping bag with small tip (or ziplock bag) Cupcake liners Large marshmallows 1. Prepare the cake mix according to the box instructions. 2. Separate the batter into cupcake liners and trays; bake according to instructions. 3. When the cupcakes are baked through, place a marshmallow vertically on top of each cupcake, and place back into the oven. Melt with the residual heat for 3 minutes or until half melted. 4. Melt the chocolate candy melts and pour into your piping bag. If you don't have a piping bag available, place into a ziplock bag and snip off a small corner. 5. On a separate snowman, decorate the faces with the chocolate. 6. Remove the cupcakes from the oven and place the decorated marshmallow on top of the semi-melted one. 7.
