I came back a few days ago so I had to quarantine myself at home. However it’s not a reason for me to stay inactive... So I thought I’d give you some training ideas for you guys to try at home!
First one: Handstand workout
5 X 2 reps of a 360 both sides, trying to stay on the same spot without losing balance.
