寒さが厳しくなってきましたが、みなさんいかがお過ごしですか？

今年は新型コロナウイルスの影響で大変な状況にあるなか、たくさんの方々に支えられて、いろんな経験をすることができました。
そのなかでも、自分の未熟な部分を知ることもできました。
仕事のことだけでなく、人として成長するために学ぶべきこともたくさんあり、有意義な時間が過ごせたことをとても感謝しています。

みなさんのお陰で、今年も最後までやりきることができました。

Despite the difficult situation caused by the new coronavirus this year, I had opportunities to experience various things with the support of many people.
Among these experiences, I found a lot of things that I needed to improve — not only for work, but also for growing myself as a person. I am very grateful for having spent that meaningful time.
