Started cooking/experimenting out of survival during Covid. Think I learnt some life-changing skills. Some of my meals even made it to National TV!

This year was incredibly hard mental health wise (I’m sure for many) and solitude took on another level of pain and void. It was a relief to find something other than music/work to ease the mind (and tummy!). Yet honestly there were times where I could barely eat for days with so much weighing on my mind and heart. Hopefully will get back into the spirit of cooking and creative stuff in 2021!!

地上波にも取り上げられて個人的に一番嬉しかったテレビ放送だった(笑) いままでは美味しいものを食べることがご褒美だったのに、誰かに美味しい、美味しそうと言われる喜びはサラに嬉しい。鍋焦がしたけど

沢山涙し、泣かされた2020年。後半は正直殆ど食欲がない日々が長く続きました。メンタルヘルスがとてもきつかった年。でも、こうして少しずつ会話を始められることによって例年よりは良い方向に向かってると信じたい

2021年はサラメシもクリエイティブな活動を復活させたい！
