Rather than speaking about 2020 and setting goals and planning what I want to achieve next year, I decided to spend time in gratitude. Gratitude is such a simple way to access appreciation in your life. It can switch the mundane to the magical. Cultivating gratitude increases wellbeing, happiness, energy, optimism, and empathy. More importantly, when you show gratitude to the people in your life, it creates a kind of wonderfulness, a vibration that you can feel. The thing about gratitude is that it’s so much more than saying thank you. It’s about really feeling it. —— Yeah, 2020 was a tough one. But we survived. We endured the challenges, and some of us even discovered newfound strength. We may not be our old selves, and we may be missing some of our friends and loved ones, but we are here.
