I've failed so many times, but I've never gave up, I've hit so many obstacles, but nothing have stopped me, I've fallen (literally) a million times, but I've always stood up and continued. Last year I started to cherrish little things, I started to appreciate that I can skate even more, I fell in love with my sport all over again. My life slowed down and it made me realize that I'm feeling anxious about the things that are not even that important. Anej spent so much time at home (mostly working, but still) that he realized he actually liked being at home and he doesn't really need much to stay productive. And we both realized that being together actually brought us even closer and I'm loving it. I've grown so much, I learned a lot, I like me as a person more than I did before, I'm focusing on the things I actually have power to change and I'm more in control. Of course I could focus to all the bad things happened last year (and for me there were big, decisive things, even before Covid situation), but I'm always searching for positive. So, thank you 2020 to open my eyes and to make me a better person.
