I just heard from our family there that they went into another high level lockdown starting today until mid-Feb. This has to be really really tough emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and economically. For those struggling with hope because they don’t know what’s next. For those that are deeply depressed and struggling in isolation. For those who are loosing their businesses and their jobs, and don’t know how to make ends meet. For those who are getting sick from the virus or who have other conditions like cancer and have limited access to treatment at the moment. For those working for the NHS- who must be so tired and overwhelmed. For the kids who have to go back to virtual learning and miss interaction with their peers. For the parents who have to stay home with their kids AND work from home. It’s all so much and I’m so sorry that it seems like the country keeps making steps backwards every time you go into another tier/lockdown. My heart hurts for you and my prayers are with you, but not just with England, globally, in all countries that are suffering because of lockdowns and the pandemic.
