A few things I noted today after my holiday break:
1. My clothes fit a little bit different after the holiday 2. my flexibility is back on the struggle bus and I've got some work to do and 3. I'm In love with this @ALO Yoga cherry cola fit.

What that means to me:
1. I allowed myself to relax, eat, drink, laugh my face off and truly take in the ones I hold most dear in my life and allow all the stressors of my generally hectic schedule float out the window.
2. While my body feels tighter than I'd like- I'm thankful for my health and for everything my body does for me on a daily basis.. and with some love and care- I'll bounce right back.
3. I'm suited up and ready for some @alomoves
