It’s a city like no other, it spans two continents; Europe and Asia and has something to explore around every corner. It’s full of history, culture and there’s so much to do, see and eat!  I have been there more time than I can count and I still find new things to discover on each visit. Here are just some of my must-do’s in Istanbul if you’ve never been before: 1. Visit the Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque 2. Go down to the Basilica Cistern 3. Drink a Turkish coffee in one of the rooftop cafes in Sultanahmet 4. Get lost in the Grand Bazaar 5. Watch the sunset at Kız Kulesi whilst sipping on Turkish tea 6. Go on a boat trip down the Bosphorus Strait 7. Wander around the instagrammable streets of Balat 8. Explore the colourful Spice bazaar 9.
