☕️🍊...I wrote both my @consciouscreativity books with January on my shoulder... I always find it tricky to re-emerge after Christmas and New Year and so I wanted the books to feel like sort of creative maps and friendly anchors to help people navigate towards pathways that lead back into an imaginative, playful and connected life...I’m aiming to do another live session in a couple of days working on an exercise from this chapter of #cctheworkbook; The Senses and Synaesthesia so I will keep you posted as to when! 🌿👃🌪
