As you probably know, Joe is the cellist for one of my favorite bands, the @theavettbrothers . But it was a trip Joe and I took roughly five years ago to #SouthKorea and that truly began Joe's fitness journey. Now, the student has become the teacher (or co-teacher in this case). CARV has pre-recorded workouts loaded to its CARV.fit website, but it also features weekly live workouts with Joe and guests. Tomorrow I am Joe's guest. The monthly subscription rate is cheaper than two cups of coffee and a portion of the proceeds go to help the crew members of Joe's band, the @avettBrothers. Joe and I will hang out after the workout and answer some questions, so come one...get in a good sweat and hang with me and my buddy Joe.
