今や最も有名なラーメン店🍜の1つと言って過言ではない札幌「すみれ」さん😊
すみれさんの知名度が全国区になったのは、ご当店入りカップラーメンの最初として2000年に発売された（一風堂さんも同時発売）ことがきっかけですが、では何故？「すみれ」さんと「一風堂」さんが最初に選ばれたのか？
それは、この時（2000年）既に揺るがないブランド力を築き上げていたからだと思います。そして手前味噌ですが、両店ともラー博に出店していたことも要因だと思います😅

It is no exaggeration to say that Sapporo "Sumire" is now one of the most famous ramen restaurants🍜😊.
Sumire's fame became nationwide when it became the first ramen shop to sell a cup of ramen noodles containing local specialty stores in 2000 (Ippudo's cup ramen was also sold at the same time). Why were Sumire and Ippudo selected first?
I think it was because they had already built up a solid brand power at that time (2000). And I think the fact that both shops had opened at the Ramen Museum was also a factor😅.
