WHAT YOU WILL NEED⁠
fresh salmon fillets ( 6 oz )⁠
Lemon⁠
Garlic, paprika, and salt seasoning ( to taste, I used 1 teaspoon of each)⁠
Pork rinds - as little or as much as you like!⁠
Olive oil⁠
⁠
"Mix the pork rinds and spices in a bowl, coat the salmon fillets with olive oil and a generous amount of the mixture. Grill until throughly cooked on a grilling pad, for roughly 8-10 minutes. serve with a fresh salad and lemon slices! Yours truly 🍒"⁠
