昨年の目標「受容」は、この一年の自分に大切な言葉になりました。
底に落ちても、受け入れ、できることを探す。なんの成長もなかった気がするけれど、種を蒔き、きっと根は伸ばしていた。

今年は、綿毛になり風に乗りたいと思う。
風が変わったこの今に、風俗や習慣を改めるという、初めて知ったこの言葉がしっくりきたので掲げます。

今年の目標は「移風易俗」(いふうえきぞく)です。

[Acceptance] was the goal I set myself last year which became a very important word throughout the year.

Accept myself when I’m depressed, and find out what I can do.

I feel like I did not improve myself at all but I have planted seeds which are growing now and waiting for the future harvest.

I want to ride the wind just like dandelion fluff. Things are changing now. I need to change my habits and customs to adjust myself to this new world.

My goals for this year: renewal
