Why? trump would say one thing one day and then the very next day or week, he or his surrogates would say he never said it, that it was fake news or that he was kidding! The more they (trump, mcenany,sanders,spicer, and many more) had to defend trumps lies, the angrier they became. They would even refuse to do their jobs. There were months where this administration wouldn’t hold press briefings because they did not want to be held accountable to the truth. They made many of us feel like they were losing their grip on reality. All of this obfuscation was coming from the most powerful house in the world. The truth doesn’t cost us anything, but the lies could cost us everything! I don’t know about you all but I am hopeful that we will be turning the page very soon.
