So, what the heck is going on with the @Vanssurf Triple Crown of Surfing this year? For starters, it’s gone digital (like a lot of things). Same spots (Haleiwa, Sunset, Pipe), same surfers (and more since there’s a bigger field of competitors this year), same format (sorta…each surfer gets scored on their top two waves from each spot as caught throughout the event window) – but it’s all online. Individual winners for each event (or spot) will be announced on January 19th, in addition to the coveted overall Triple Crown winner. And who might that be? It’s all up for grabs. But here’s a strong single-wave entry from @カリッサ・ムーア at Haleiwa.⁣
