“Do you know the number one wish for children and young people in Afghanistan? Access to quality education #ForEveryChild. But 3.7 million children are out of school.”

Hinna Asefi Wardak, @unicefafghanistan Youth Ambassador, is calling on world leaders to make education a reality for all - especially girls. Education is critical and no child should be denied the right to safely go to school, learn and develop the skills they need to thrive.

“We never give up. We never get tired of hoping for a better future. And I hope that global leaders and decision makers will do everything in their power to make that better future a reality.”
