healing happens at home.

for the longest time I thought that if I’d only do another retreat, another group, another training - if I’d only get to travel to the most sacred sites and if I got to sit with the wisest teachers, somehow, I’d get there. healing always felt just one experience away.

2020 taught me that healing happens at home. in the mess and in the noise and in the quiet moments in between.

healing doesn’t happen out there.
