We are so, so proud to have gotten to bear witness to such a historic moment: a woman has (finally!) taken national office — and a woman of color, at that. We are proud and overjoyed and thankful and humbled to share this moment. We were also moved to tears, like so many others, by @amandascgorman, the youngest inaugural poet (who joins the esteemed ranks of Maya Angelou and Robert Frost) and her beautiful poem “The Hill We Climb” — a message of overcoming, resilience, unity, and hope that our nation sorely needed. This young woman is sure to be a force to be reckoned with in the coming years and we can’t wait to see what she does next. 🤍 Yesterday was good day. We are witnessing the rise of women, and we know this is only the beginning. As Madam Vice President Kamala Harris has said — she may be the first, but she won’t be the last.
