The first thing I noticed was my fancy and mature dress, paired with my super childish and girly room. The razor phone also takes me out! I just remember being so young and feeling so much pressure to be so mature and appear “polished” but I was only 16! I didn’t realize how much time I had(by the grace of God) to become everything I wanted to be. I still work at this to this day, telling myself to relax and have patience. This is the girl I try to find everyday, I try to keep her alive and remove all the things people told her she had to be and had to do to be loved or special.
