A splendid, rich aroma like a freshly picked apple. The moment it enters your mouth, you’ll be struck by a fruitiness like that of muscat grapes or melons. This sake’s unique taste is interwoven with a light sweetness reminiscent of wasanbon [fine-grained Japanese sugar] or steamed coconut rice.
SAKE STORM COWBOY comes in 4 versions to offer more complex flavors. A single fermentation tank yields each version at 1 of the 4 stages of the pressing process.
