Creative Director @jonathan.anderson derson delivers a @Loewe collection with a light spirit, realised through clean silhouettes and precise cuts. It is a tribute to artist Joe Brainard reviving some of his works as prints, but also making use of one his favourite methods of working, collage.
With his approach, Anderson revived iconic subcultures in an eclectic assemblage of iconic elements and tropes borrowed from subcultures ranging from mods to grunge.
Leather bandage trousers, cardigans with culottes, extra baggy trousers, just to name a few, make each look a thoughtful and masterfully executed collage.
