Back in 2013, when I was competing at my first Four Conts someone made a little doodle on the ice dance whiteboard saying “Please No Finnstep.” At the time I thought it was cute, but I didn’t really get it. Now that little cartoon speaks to my soul (swipe to see). This dance has pushed me and forced me to grow in ways I never expected. It has been a massive challenge and I have worked harder on this dance than I ever intended to work in my little retirement ice dance adventure.
