The Bobby Burns
1 oz. The Sassenach Blended Scotch Whisky
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz. Bénédictine

Add the ingredients to a mixing glass and stir for 30 seconds.

Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with lemon peel and enjoy!
