毎週、水曜日と木曜日限定で2種類のパスタをご用意して

北海道の和牛をボロネーゼに。
モチモチのペンネと濃厚なクリームは相性抜群です。

• Salmon Tomato-Olive Pasta
A dish inspired by the Italian Puttanesca. To enhance the umami of the salmon, we marinate it with sun-dried tomatoes and olives. Combined with the sweetness of tomatoes and brightness of thyme, its the perfect harmony.

• Hokkaido Wagyu White Bolognese Pasta
Think bolognese sans tomato, made with flavourful Wagyu beef tendon and finished into a velvety, creamy sauce. Enjoy the hint of fragrance of rosemary, paired with the umami of the beef and the richness of the cheese. It’s the perfect pasta dish to warm you up during this cold winter.
