Ehomaki is a thick sushi roll to wish for the year’s good fortune. Traditionally on the day before the beginning of spring in Japan, which is February 2nd this year, Ehomaki is eaten in silence while facing the direction of best luck for that year. Japanese restaurant Hanagatami prepared a special Ehomaki using 10 exclusive ingredients to bring you the best of luck.
