This day now marks the international day of remembrance of the genocide of 6 million people! How maniacal do you have to be to try and exterminate an entire race? Well, not that maniacal at all. These atrocities were committed by citizens of a country that did not like people that didn’t look like them. The dangers of segregation, exclusivity, racism and hate can lead us all down a dark path. It shouldn’t take someone of Jewish faith to recognize that what the nazis did in Europe was inhumane and diabolical. All it takes is being human to understand that what took place in Europe back in the 30s and 40s was wrong and should never happen again!
