So as it turns out, my son is a great sleeper and I... am not! I wake up in the middle of the night thinking about a million different things and it takes what feels like forever to fall back asleep. Anyone else? Two things I do in the morning to counteract the 🥱😴 are @cleareyes and a good workout. I also reallyyy might start drinking coffee again. Should I do it?!
