Making sake, something I couldn't do in Japan.
Tasting the apple liquor that was made on December 31.
This time I mixed in a little blueberry juice and spices, so I like it even more. It tastes so much better than the stuff they sell. I wish it was possible to make sake in Japan, too.

今回は少しブルーベリージュースとスパイスも混ぜたので更に好きな味。売っているのより全然美味しい。日本でもお酒作れるようになれば良いのになぁ。。
