Morning 🍵 tea time that turned into selfie 🤳 time hahahaha it’s been quite cold in Hawaii, enjoying being able to wear winter clothes. Love starting my morning with hot water or cup of water with empty stomach. It’s part of my routine, had Mamaki tea today.
For those who you don’t know about Mamaki;
1. It’s from the native island, Hawaii
2. Decaffeinated tea
3. Promotes healthy immune system, helps with high cholesterol.
4. Tastes like lighter black tea? (Am I right?)
Nothing but good about this tea, which is why I wish you all to try it. What do you do first thing in the morning?

昔ハワイで妊娠中のママに飲ませてたらしい、
母乳を出してくれるんだって😳
