I’m not a big food prepper but have certain things I do every Sunday to make sure we have home made staples ready for the coming week: nut milk, fresh jar of pickles, a big batch of quinoa+lentils, bread (the only time consuming thing is the bread!)... pick 3 things you know you eat a lot of and prepare it today to make healthy eating more effortless in the week  🌱clean up and organize around the house so you don’t have to do it tired after a day of work (take one hour for this, max! Waking up to a clean house Monday morning makes a big difference)  🌱write a list for the week ahead to clear your mind and keep you on track for work/projects/kids (this is a must for me, or Mondays always feel scattered)  🌱REST. Relax, put your phone away and make sure Sunday is calm and restful so you can begin the new week recharged. I like to spend the morning prepping for the week and the afternoon in rest+play!
