Only 1,5 million people have received the first dose of the vaccine so far 😑 Not sure when they will receive the 2nd shot as there is a massive shortage with the doses. For technical and financial reasons. We can say it's a mess, yep! •We have a curfew from 18h to 6h but it's not really respected.🙄 • The SA and UK variant have taken over normal covid so we have new rules as they are way more dangerous and spread easier. Masks are mandatory everywhere even on the streets, but now the basic fabric masks or paper like are forbidden. Only surgicals or FFP2/N95. The distance between 2 people has been extended. We're not allowed to talk (!) in the metro/train/buses. • Restaurants, bars, gyms, théâtres, nightclubs are closed since last march. Lots of them have filed for bankrupty even though there are some helps from the government but clearly not enough. • There has been lots of clandestine parties and some restaurants are opening in secret. It's a like the prohibition but for a meal! • All malls and shops bigger than 20 000m2 had to close until further notice. • Mountains and ski stations are not allowed to open the chair lifts and ski areas so nobody is going to the snow this year: A drama for mountain people!😥 • Boarders are closed for people outside Eu and you gotta have a covid test from less than 48h to enter the country. • Except that, everything is open as normal and people can travel as they want.. So people are doing what they want, are going on holiday to Dubai, un Spain where bars are still open or to ski in Switzerland. And, of course, when they come back they don't go on isolation and it makes a new cluster!🤦🏻‍♀️ • We'll probably be on lockdown n°3 very soon.
