As we round out our time in Detroit and head to Washington, D.C., we’re reflecting on the many great conversations that took place over IG Live with @thehiphoparchitect and the remixed Eames Lounge Chair. At Herman Miller, openness and honesty have been an important part of how we got through this past year. From navigating a global pandemic to responding to racial injustice, we’ve been more intentional about connecting with one another—and that includes hosting a weekly series called The LENS, which creates a safe space to talk, listen, and grow. Inspired by this and with support from one of our dealers, Interior Investments (team members are shown here), the #ConversationsforChange tour began. The chair is now in D.C. where Michael Ford will host more honest conversations about race, injustice, and hope.
