I can smell the limoncello in the breeze, I can hear the sweet chatter of the people that mean the most to me, I can still feel the butterflies pushing against the walls of my stomach. I’m not sure if I ever shared this story but when Sean decided he wanted to officially marry me, he was traveling in the USA for work in winter. He had followed a recommendation and was on the way to pick up my diamond engagement ring. On the day he was meant to retrieve it, was one of the worst blizzards the US had ever seen. If he didn’t get the ring in time, he was going to miss our flight to Israel where he was going to propose with my family watching. 😬 After acting so strange that day, I started calling him constantly wondering why he was being so weird. Little did I know he was watching cars and trucks slide pass him as he was going 10 MPH to try and get my ring. 🤭😳😬.
