I’m trying to not get too focused on schedule and perfectionism when it comes to my body. It feels really good to sweat when it’s on my own terms. I have worked on making a conscious effort to separate diet culture from exercise and make it about feeling good and checking in with myself and my mental health. don’t let anything stop you from things you’re interested in, things you want to try, and don’t let anyone decide your limits or your goals. it’s never a bad time to let go and let yourself grow. 🌱☁️」2月4日 7時15分
