【パティスリーSATSUKI 「スーパーシリーズ」の歴史】

“誰もが大好きなショートケーキを、ホテルが本気でつくる”をコンセプトに、グランシェフ・中島眞介が素材を吟味して2004年に誕生した『スーパーショートケーキ』。

以後“スーパーシリーズ”として様々なラグジュアリーケーキを生み出し、2014年にはホテルニューオータニ開業50周年を記念してさらなる上位種となる『エクストラスーパーあまおうショートケーキ』が誕生しました。

The ultimate strawberry and cream cake made with the finest ingredients. With a limited availability of 20 a day, these delights are comprised of melt-in-your-mouth premium whipped cream, soft sponge cake using carefully selected ingredients as J-cereal multi-grain and brown rice-fed chicken eggs, and a bouquet of the sweetest Hakata Amaou® strawberries.
