— Use a small detail brush to smudge the pencil along the lash line & into the outer corner
— Use a small detail brush to blend PermaGel Ultra Glide Eye Pencil in ’XTREME BLACK’ along the lower lash line
— Define the outer corner with ’NAKED BLUSH’ eye shadow & ’DIVINE DUSK’ eye shadow using a small blending brush
— Blend ’DIVINE DUSK’ eye shadow along the lower lash line
— Use a flat brush dampened with Mehron Mixing Liquid to pack ’VR SEXTRATERRESTRIAL’ pigment across the lid
