Being pregnant in a pandemic and on lockdown in our province (in the cold winter), I’ve found these things to help my mood, pamper myself a little and increase joy... 1 - Get outside // I realize  it is absolutely freezing right now where I live 😂 but even 10-15 minutes bundled up in nature does wonders for my mental health! 2 - Create little beauty routines to unwind // I love at-home facial steamers & foot baths (linked some on my blog today)🧖‍♀️ Even just showering and giving myself a little blowout feels good! 3 - Stretch or Do yoga daily // It reduces stress and you don’t realize how much tension you hold in your body. This is a must for me in pregnancy! (linked my fave videos in today’s blogpost) 4 - Go for a drive and get a treat // drive-thru dates for an ice cream, bubble tea or curb-side pick up from our fave restaurant gives us a little normalcy (and satisfies my cravings, lol) 😋 5 - Stay inspired // I love creating mood boards and planning for future projects, home decorating, seasons etc. Right now I’m obviously in my baby mode, planning her nursery and wardrobe.
