～ボンボン ショコラの裏側を大公開～
今年のバレンタインギフトはお決まりですか？バレンタイン目前の今、帝国ホテルのチョコレート工房は大忙し。本日は、シェフショコラティエ 市川による、ボンボン ショコラ 「～ORIGIN～原点」の製作現場に密着し、魅力をご紹介いたします。帝国ホテルのボンボン ショコラは、温度と湿度が徹底管理されたホテル館内の専門工房で作られます。また、チョコレートのコーティングを含む多くの工程は手作業で行われ、ボンボン ショコラ一粒を完成させるまでに3日を要します。最後に、やはり手作業によって一粒一粒箱詰めされたボンボン ショコラには、「みなさまに喜んでいただきたい」というシェフの想いが込められています。

With the lovable holiday coming soon, our chocolate studios in the Imperial Hotel are truly very busy.Today, join us at the production site of Chef Chocolatier Yukio Ichikawa as he shows us the magic of creating a chocolate bonbon and the remarkable care it requires.Imperial Hotel bonbons are concocted with affection in a specialized workshop inside the hotel where the temperature and humidity are minutely controlled.
In addition, many of the individual processes, including the delicate chocolate coating, are done by hand, often taking three days to complete one piece of chocolate bonbon.

Hand-packed one by one, each exquisite temptation exudes our chef's passion to make everyone happy.
