First up, we have Lori Locust who became the assistant defensive line coach for the Buccaneers in 2020, beginning her coaching career after playing women's semi-professional football for four years. Next up, we have Maral Javadifar who became the assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Buccaneers in 2020 as well after working as a performance physical therapist. Last, but certainly not least, we have Sarah Thomas also known as the first woman to referee a #SuperBowl, working full-time in the NFL since being named the first permanent female official in NFL history in 2015.
