This year she expressed to me that she didn’t need anything fancy, that she just wanted to see ME & her grandchildren. She has only seen my kids once or twice bcuz of Covid.. 😔😡 I’ve given my mom so many gifts but realized this year she didn’t want a watch, she wanted TIME.. she didn’t want a coat to wrap around her, she wanted HUGS.. she didn’t want THE BAG, she wanted THE LOVE!! ❤️ So we did a intimate dinner with me, her & my son Johan.. Her favorite meal of Steak & Lobster Tail with potatoes & broccoli.. privately cheffed by @chefnicc, vases of roses, a Spotify 80’s R&B playlist on shuffle, her traditional bottle of Dom P that she has every year for her birthday & some red velvet cake. We ate & talked for hours & my mother teary eyed told me this was 1 of the best birthdays she’s had in a long time 🥲🖤 To those who are fortunate enough to buy nice things for family, i know we all gotta hustle & run around to make money & history.. but don’t forget the best currency to spend is TIME‼️」2月16日 2時54分
