Last night to go along with the pilau rice I made a Dahl along with some help from @jordanjaysaul & @janinecsaul ‘s magic recipe...
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
Fresh ginger
About 1 tsp Tumeric
About 1 tsp Curry powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Smoked paprika
300g of Red lentils
1 tin of Coconut milk & hot water
At the end for some extra goodness I added a few chopped tomatoes & a bag of spinach
I served it with some natural yogurt and it was DELICIOUS
