How many of you - women especially - have felt taken advantage of or bullied in toxic work environments or even in personal life? I felt that for years but with time and reflection grew to realize that the few times I got relief or vindication of any kind was when I stood up for myself. On those few occasions 'I' took back my power. I know now that too often we give away our power.

If you feel as though you've given your power away, share below and more importantly share with the universe. And then tell yourself how you're gonna take it back. You almost always have more power than you think - DO NOT GIVE YOUR POWER AWAY.
