ステンレス製ベゼルを採用した硬質かつファッショナブルなMetal Coveredラインから金塊をモチーフにデザインしたNewシリーズが登場。ベースモデルは、初代から受け継がれるコンセプトはそのままに時計としてのクオリティを追求し外装や装着性の進化に磨きをかけたGM-5600を採用。バンド部にクリア樹脂を用いることで、時計部のゴールドを引き立たせます。

Introducing new additions to the G-SHOCK Metal Covered lineup with stainless steel bezels that have been designed based on a GOLD INGOT motif. The base model, the GM-5600 has been enhanced its exterior structure and wearability while inheriting the design of the original G-SHOCK. The band is made of clear semi-transparent resin to accentuate gold coloring on its face.
