Matcha 3/4 Cup of Milk 10-12 Mint Leaves 1 Tbsp. Sugar . DIRECTIONS: . 1. In a bowl, whisk the matcha and hot water together until there are no lumps. Set aside to cool 2. In a shaker or mason jar, add the mint leaves and sugar together. Muddle the mint leaves with a wooden spoon to release the mint oils. 3. Add the milk and ice into the shaker bottle. Close and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. 4. In a glass with ice, pour the matcha and minty milk. 5.
