I mean I knew the basic function and anatomy of this vessel portraying me at my mind’s instruction, absolutely perfectly, of course. 🙄  🔘 Hanging out in my mind, I was sure I was performing everything right. But the more time went on, even with exciting things happening around me, I became increasingly unhappy because I didn’t know who I was actually trying to be. This scared me. 👻 I discovered what it meant to be ‘triggered’ by situations you can’t control, and without foreknowledge of the trigger, panic and anger set in. 😰  🔘 I kept hitting walls of shame and guilt which felt like punishment deserved for going absolutely crazy. 🌀The destruction fed itself, I experienced this cyclical behavior for quite awhile.  🔘 A huge turning point for me was Yoga, the practice of experiencing the body slowly, intimately and intentionally. Auto pilot was switched off and I began to feel sensations and rhythm that brought peace to me. ☮️ Yoga reminded me that my body is strong, flexible and vocal if I just listen carefully.  🔘  #MyFiveFave parts of my body are:  1. My uneven front teeth  2. My broad, strong shoulders   3. My thin hair   4. My hands, they can heal and I am in awe of their potential.   5. The scars on my body that led me to this point. My heart and soul surround anybody suffering by their own hand.
