Wowzerssss what a meal ! This came out so good I will probably make it again very soon!⁣⁠

First, I pat dried the 3 chicken thighs with a paper towel. Then I seasoned both sides with @Flavorgod Seasonings Ranch seasoning. I sliced 1 jalapeño, took the seeds out and added them to the middle of the chicken, then topped with shredded mozzarella.⁣⁠

I wrapped the chicken tightly, then wrapped it again with bacon! I secured w. a toothpick and then air fried it on 360° for about 12 minutes, flipping halfway through⁣⁠
